Cost Manager not processing the transactions

Some Inventory transactions were in costed error , I made them clear and cost manager process them successfully but after that all pending transactions are not being picked by cost manager, Although cost manager is running and it is spawning Actual Cost Worker. But un costed transactions are still there, they are not getting processed, Need help
