Oracle 12.2.4 Service module: Can Problem Summary at SR level be defaulted?

Oracle Service

Applications Version: 12.2.4

I have a requirement to default the value for 'Problem Summary' field at SR header.

Is there a profile option exists? I tried Service: Default Summary but does not work.
