Rename or input output file name

Database 19c (19.18.0.0.0)

When any request is submitted in EBS it creates an output file in some name. In our case it is oRequestID it could be like this o123456789.pdf Requirement is to rename this output file with any prefix or postfix naming convention. Need to know the possibility to rename output file in out directory it will help us to filter out only required files from out directory for some integration purposes.
