AHF 23.9 on Windows fails to configure the SMTP properties.

ORA>%TFAHOME%\tfactl set smtp

SMTP Properties not found

--AHF 23.9 on Windows, some features are not available.

ORA>F:\orahome1\ahf\oracle.ahf\tfa\bin\tfactl sendmail -to pssolsrv@esri.com

NOT Implemented: This option is currently not supported in Windows Platform

AHF 23.9 on Linux these features work fine.

Why AHF 23.9 on Windows does not offer the same features?
