Unable to Submit Expense Report in Expense Managnment

Hi Team

I am trying to enter some Test Transactions in Expense Management.

I have entered Expense Report in P09E2011.

After clicking on submit also the Report Status is showing as Pending Completion.

I have tried to submit multiple times but status is not changing and unable to submit the expense report.

If any one has any information, please share the details.
