Lease Rent Indexation

Could Someone please provide me some example how the indexation works ?

I did follow below steps

Lease created for 1/1/2022 to 31/12/2026 and with base rent of say 200 and applied Rent escalation to Index and start data as 1/1/2023.

On set up page of Economic Index i had provided the data range of 1/1/2023 to 31/12/2023 and value as 100 and data range of 1/1/2024 to 31/12/2024 and value as 104.

I was expecting to see some difference in lease obligation -
