Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Question on AGIS open/close periods (Oracle EBS 12.1.11)

Hello,

In oracle EBS 12.1.11, we are setting up AGIS to use the GL calendar (no AGIS-specific calendar).

Is it necessary to use the open/close periods in this case, or will it be done at the same time when the GL periods are open/closed?
