finding Win DBBU or DBRU patchsets

Oracle 18c (18.0.0.0) on Windows Server. Database bundle 18.14.blah from 2021 already applied. Looking for latest Windows database bundle patchset or DBRU. I see a 18.15.blah from Nov 2021 but I'm not sure if that is the latest. I also see a 18.17.blah DBRU for AIS/Linux/Solaris but nothing for Windows.

Navigating the Oracle Support patches has always been challenging. If I do advanced search on 18.0.0.0 for Oracle Enterprise Edition I don't even find these patchsets listed no matter what combination of options I use (inlcude all products on/off, recommended on/off, superseded on/off...)

Thanks for moving question to right thread. Please advise.
