Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What would make the Total Gross Wages be less than the NL Gross QTD?

I am noticing that an employee has a higher Unemployment NL Gross QTD than his total gross for the quarter.

What could be the reason for this difference?
