Oracle SOA WADL deployment Error

We are in R12.2.9. I am trying to deploy a WADL . I am getting the below error

Exception 'Error occurred while generating the web service' occurred when attempting to perform 'oracle.apps.fnd.isg.common.er'. Please view Log/Error details for more information

Can some help to fix this error.
