Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. IS there a workaround to use Unknown as a Gender while importing Employees into Oracle R12.2.9

This is for R12.2.9.

I want to create Employees with a Gender info of Unknown for the US HRMS System.

Is there a workaround to do that. Currently, the API throws an error if U or NULL is passed.

API:

HR_EMPLOYEE_API.CREATE_EMPLOYEE
