How do I find patches for Oracle Grid Infrastructure?

I'm tasked with upgrading a single non-container database that uses ASM from 12.1 to 19.3. I downloaded database 19.3 and grid infrastructure 19.3 but I thought I'd see if there are patches for either. I found two for database but I think I'm not using the Patches & Updates search correctly because I have yet to find any for grid infrastructure. I don't mean to say I found none for 19.3, I mean there are none at all.

When I select "search by product or family" and I type "grid" in the search box, all I see are "Oracle Utilities ..." and "Enterprise Manager ...".
