Does OTM support Pallet Shipments as Parcel Shipments in the EU?

Certain carriers in the European Union categorize pallet shipments as a parcel service. We have had to customize our existing vendors logic to support this requirement. Does OTM provide a way to ship our pallets using these carriers "parcel" service? How "standard" is OTM's support for this type of process? Our current Oracle Application Sales Executive recommended reaching out to Oracle support for an answer to this.
