REST Outbound Proxy is not visible from BS simulator

Hi,

I imported JSON from external team and it created proxy business service, which i can see in tools and RR table as well but when it is not visible in Business service simulator view to test. not sure why it wouldnt show up in simulator services pick applet.

appreciate any help
