CommGen PDF attachment (enclosure) hyperlinks don't work

in Campus Solutions - PSFT (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

We're on 9.2 and when sending emails through CommGen and attaching a PDF enclosure, the hyperlinks in the document do not work once they are received in the email. They work in the base RTF file and after the PDF conversion. They do NOT work in the preview or after the email is generated and the document is downloaded.
