Default ChartField Values

Based on my understanding, there is no direct way to add multiple lines of Default ChartField Values on the Organizational Data tab of an Employee Profile. The absence of an add button further supports this assumption. However, is it possible that there may be a setup or configuration option elsewhere that could enable this feature?
