E1 34/43 Correct way to realease OB from P3411 when message qty is greater

Hi everyone, I am testing blanket orders with MRP, (blanket orders alone without SRS/VRS) and I have a couple of questions/cases hope someone can helpme.

I have a blanket order with an open quantity of 8,790 EA and unit price of 2.00 of item "A", then I have an "O" message in P3411 with a sugested quantity of 9,000 EA.

When I process the "O" message the version of P43216 I setted up, comes into picture, here is my first question, regards quantity fields:

In the header of P43216 I have two quantity fields:

 Quantity UORG: This have 9,000 and Remaining quantity UREMG: Blanck
