Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Restrict Item categories in a shopping cart.

Dear Consultants,

Is there a standard way of restricting addition of different item categories in one shopping cart?

Example.

Shopping Cart:

Line 1 - Stock item

Line 2 - Service.

This will conflict the document numbering which is particular to item line type and category.
