How to download with batch the latest repository of Oracle Linux without using download command.

I want to make a local repository in the offline environmental.

I don't have any linux mahine which connected to the internet.

I want to download to make a local repository , I think I have to download them from through the browser.

Is there no choice but to download them one by one as shown on the page below?

https://yum.oracle.com/repo/OracleLinux/OL8/baseos/latest/x86_64/index.html

Or is there a site or method where I can download them all at once?
