How to install OLVM and KVM hosts in the offline environment

I want to build an OLVM and KVM hosts in an offline environment.

I searched the web for related documentation and instructions on the OLVM and KVM installation pages, but could not find any of those.

Could you tell me how to do it in an offline environment.

Or could you tell me which rpm files are required to create them.

I'm thinking of creating OLVM with OL8.8 and KVM with OL9.2.
