Convert oracle forms windows environment to oracle forms Linux environment

Scenario is to convert oracle form & reports version 12.2.1.3.0 having windows environment(Oracle 12c) into middleware 12.2.4.1.0 and oracle forms & reports 12.2.1.19.0 Linux environment, Problem is that Data Blocks  and Canvases are not appears/populated while open oracle forms (windows version) into oracle forms Linux version Please guide what may I do or follow docs to help this conversion
