FSA Limit Change During Open Enrollment

Oracle Advanced Benefits 12.2.12 on prem... We're planning to open Open Enrollment this week, but the IRS hasn't released the 2024 FSA limits yet. Can this figure be updated during Open Enrollment or would we have to back out the life event and reprocess?
