in Order and Service Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC) Question

In Oracle R12 instance, when I'm trying to upload an excel file with the SSD dates for respective items using webADI option. The end message says that all the records has been upload successfully.

But when I go in the front end and check the dates for that item, the SSD values still be blank.

Could anyone help on what could be done here to resolve this issue?
