VNC or web based Console Keyboard layout problem

in Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) (MOSC)

Hello,

Using ovirt 4.4 on OL8, when I open a console for a virtual machine I cannot have a fr nor en keyboard layout. Even if I set parameter correctly in virtual machine settings the VNC Keyboard Layout to "fr".

How can I set properly the keyboard layout for VNC or web based console ?

Is there a method to set it globally on a host ?
