Patch 35156218 not compatible with Patch 35050341

We are running Multiple Databases on Windows server (VM).

The following patches are active ATM: Windows Database Bundle Patch : 19.19.0.0.230418 (35046439) and OJVM RELEASE UPDATE: 19.19.0.0.230418 (35050341)

patch 35046439 is needed for Oracle Database 19.19.0.0.230418 WINDBBP (35156218). After running the patch: Oracle Database 19.19.0.0.230418 WINDBBP (35156218) we get a warning of conflicting patches.

question 1. is patch (35156218) intergraded in 19.20? (doesnt look like it from bug fix list)

question 2. is there a solution to this we need a patch ASAP.
