Drill Down Losing Context On Both 23.7 and 23.9

Hi All,

We just ran into this apparent issue for two different clients. One of them just went live with 23.7 and the other is in the process of test 23.9.

Both customers have reported an issue that used to work in the old version (IP 15 and IP 20.4).

The issue is when you drill down from a list applet and then on the form applet that got drilled down into we click the next record the record that was next in the list applet is not navigated to. Instead the log file shows a bank query is executed and a random record appears as the next record.
