Could you provide any references how to customize PO Workflow ?

Ct did their upgrade EBS project on this August. (from R12.1.3 to R12.2.11)

As you might know the new feature of PO workflow as below.

On R12.1.3, there are 2 message types

-> ('TEXT' -> PO_PO_APPROVE / 'PDF' -> PO_PO_APPROVE_PDF)

On R12.2.11 there are 3 message types

-> ('TEXT' and 'Release' -> PO_PO_APPROVE / 'TEXT' and Not 'Release' -> PO_PO_APPROVE_PDF_OAF )

-> ('PDF' and 'Release' -> PO_PO_APPROVE_PDF / 'PDF' and Not 'Release' -> PO_PO_APPROVE_PDF_OAF)

Ct want PO workflow on R12.2.11 just like R12.1.3

Could you have any references related to this issue ?
