E1:ORCH:Unable to invoke orchestrator monitor from inside Orchestration Studio

Hi Team,

We are accessing Orchestration studio link via oci load balancer. I am able to login in ORCH studio load balancer link and when i click on orchestrator monitor, it will open new tab with URL-http://servername.domain:XXXX/jde/ShortcutLauncher?OID=P980060X_W980060XB and says "cant reach this page", server ip address could not be found.

However, if run the application "P980060X_W980060XB" in OCI SSO enabled JAS, it will run successfully.

Can you please confirm if " http://servername.domain:XXXX/jde/ShortcutLauncher?OID=P980060X_W980060XB can't reach this page" is expected outcome. How can i invoke orch monitor from OCI load balanacer studio?
