Approval date not updating correctly.

MFP & RPAS - 16.0.2

Hi,

We are facing the issues on Middle-out plan workbook. Whenever we approve the plans the last approval date column is not updating the current date, the time is updating correctly but the date is stuck on last month. We have checked the $RPAS_TODAY's date and it is showing current date. We have tested the scenario in QA environment, and it is working fine, but not working in Production environment.

What are the possibilities and how to resolve this issue? Is there any log file will present in domain to check this?
