Potential Impact of ePerformance Multi Rating Model with using of eCompenstation and Config Matrix
We need to know the potential impact of ePerformance Multiple Rating Model used along with eCompensation Cycle and Configurable Matrix.
At present we use eCompensation module (Base Comp) along with ePerformance Integration & Configurable Matrix for Annual Salary Review Purpose, which is works fine.
We used 4 Point Rating model across the ePerformance and based on that we configured the configurable matrix (Matrix Type - BASECOMP).
I know as per ePerformance Configuration we can use multiple rating model for different sections and that is what PeopleBooks says "You can use the same rating model for the entire document or select a different rating model for each item and section.".
