Managing an intercompany elimination without setup a plug account

Hello,

I would like to understand if it is possible to setup a specific account with IsICP "Y" but without populate the field PlugAcct. In this case, during the consolidation process, does HFM eliminate the intercompany balance or not because is not associated a plug account?
