Cannot cancel a replenishment request - error received is no location detail found.

E1 tools 9.2.6.3

Advanced warehouse. I have replenishment requests at 220 status. I do not have any open suggestions. I try to cancel the request and I receive an error that no location detail found. It does not indicate what location though. I ran the R46820 location detail rebuild and that did not help. I look in the F4602 and every location that has product, has details in F4602. I tried adjusting some into the blank location and cancelling, no good, same error.

I do not know where else to look or what else to do.
