Question on Shift Differential Calculation

We have a workgroup that will be able to earn a premium flat rate weekly for a job activity; payroll is processed bi-weekly. The UDC 07/LD and 07/CO are setup as described below. Is it possible to add a new shift calculation that will just add a flat rate? Or is adding the flat rate best setup via a PDBA?
