row/form exits not displayed with the application link received through email.

When the order goes on hold , I gam getting the approval email with the custom application link. But it is not displaying form/row exits. I have to open this custom application explicitly to see the form/row exits.

It goes to secondary approval. But the secondary approver is able to see row/form exits. All the first approvers are not seeing row/form exits.
