GL Security rules on standard Localization program

Hello gurus,

I have an issue with program CLE: GL Trial Balance Report provided by Romanian Localization (program short name CLEF223GLTB).

Our environment is EBS 12.2.5.

As per the localization user guide

All the security rules attached to the responsibility are considered by the report.

We have a security rule on one of our accounting key segment : Journal Entry Type which is used to separate Legal entries (actual accounting entries to report to fiscal authorities) and Group entries (booked to regulate and/or reclass entries for group consolidation).

We have separated responsibilities with different security rules applied to them.

From responsibility A users are only able to see and enter data with segment value
