OSB Service to service routing fails after CPU installation

Oracle Fusion MiddleWare 12.2.1.4 used for OSB functionality

After installing  Patch 35815693: OSB BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.230915 service to service routing within the OSB starts failing for all service to service requests.

Attached a Java Stack Trace can be found of a failing request. It looks like there is something wrong with jms after the upgrade.

Rolling back the update solved the issue.
