JDE EnterpriseOne. 9.2 . tools release 9.2.6.3. use Bi-Publisher Embedded: Oracle BI Publisher 12.2.1.4.0. Java version 1.8.0_331.

Publisher generator takes a lot of time to generate invoices. To test this I created a report that was empty and generates a simple text in PDF format. While performing the report, JDE batch does it in less than a second, but BI Publisher does it in a different time every time - ranging from 3 to 9 seconds. Why does it take so long? What am I doing wrong, are there any fixes or suggestions to fix this problem?
