Oracle RAC using ASM on LVM got block corruptions

Is it possible that the reason for getting block corruption is because ASM is mounted on LVM?

What are the LVM and ASM best practices for working together?

The configuration is for Oracle Database and Grid 19.19 using 2 nodes on VMware with RDM disks. The database block size used is 32K for the OLAP application.
