Manager should be able to add absence on behalf of employees

Hello Everyone,

The issue is all manager self-service options are disabled in the system. Now the requirement is that only absence-related options for the direct reports should be visible to the manager

We have tried adding all the roles for the manager role so that the absence option is visible under the My Team tab

We are still not able to find the add absence option
