Hi,

When trying to add proposals, we cannot edit [description], [manager] and [status]. Because [manager] and [status] are required fields, we cannot create the proposal. FYI, we are application administrator, so shouldn't be a permission problem.

We can manually start a workflow to convert an existing project to a proposal, but this seems cumbersome.

What is the standard procedure for adding proposals?
