calculator information message: Skip creation of #Missing Block

Oracle Essbase 11.2.14

Hi Experts,

We get an "Index out of range" error when a business rule is run. We only receive this error on one of the environments. When we added "Set MSG Detail" to the business rule, the log file has some more detail with the following line:

calculator information message: Skip creation of #Missing Block

Any idea as to what this means.
