Converting Planning Business Rule to Dynamic Member Formula for Hybrid Conversion

Hello,

We are an on-premise Oracle Planning 11.2 customer and I've been tasked with converting some of our Planning applications to Hybrid in QA to test performance. This includes converting the following Currency Conversion Business Rule to a Member Formula in the Currency dimension.

I'm unable to locate a complex example for converting the FIX portion of the BR. Can someone provide a working example to convert this BR to a BSO IF Statement member formula?
