Error installing Oracle Porduct (Database)

Oracle product: Oracle database

Version: 19c (LINUX.X64_193000_db_home)

SO: Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 9.2 (Plow)


Hello everyone, tell me if im writing anything wrong place or something..


Im having an issue trying to install oracle database product into my redhat machine, im able 

to install all dependances listed on the installation guide, also glibc-devel who looks to be

the problematic one, but im also getting the following error when the install process starts:


In english: /usr/bin/ld cannot find -lclntshcore

Variables are defined, LD_LIBRARY_PATH & ORACLE_BASE,

And the /usr/bin looks like that:

Can you help me? I installed several times oracle on other linux machines but it's my first time on redhat, and im finding lot of problems... :(
