i have enviromment EBS 12.2 in linux,

I'm trying to connect sqlplus in patch file system i receive this error :

ERROR:

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1

ORA-20099: E-Business Suite Patch Edition does not exist.

ORA-06512: at line 29

also service name is known is database:


SQL> show parameter service_name;


NAME                 TYPE    VALUE

------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------

service_names            string   PROD, PROD_ebs_patch
