Oracle ERP/ FSCM

The table PJC_EXP_ITEMS_ALL has a foreign key to PJF_PROJ_ELEMENT as the Task table.

Joining these tables, there are rows with opposite capitalizable_flag in two tables.

Which capitalizable_flag shoul be considered in the queries?
