Workforce OOTB - How to hide 'Union Code' selection in Add New Requisition Rule

Hi Team,

We have configured the Workforce OOTB module for our client, but they do not want to see the Union Code specifications/selections during the process. Currently we are trying to hide the Union Code prompt in Add New Requisitions. It is not straight forward as we are actually not seeing the rule referred in the Action Menu in the calc manager rule list . Could anyone please guide us on how to achieve this?
