Single User getting "The provider running at X is not a Shared Services Provider.

Hyperion 11.1.2.4 on premise

Smartview 23.100

A single user with a new computer has Smartview 23.100 installed. The URL that is working for 80 other users and myself (administrator) does not work for her. She was able to use it on her old computer for some time.

Trying to investigate I had a colleague install Smartview 23.100 that has never had it before. The same thing happened. We tried the First 2 steps of Doc ID 2710670.1. But these did not help.

1) Health Check
  • Open Excel with Smart View
  • SmartView -> Help -> Health Check
  • Click Recommended Settings
  • Review pop up for changes (usually time out settings)
