How can I find which session my Object is being edited in?

I am currently working on cleaning up my UDOs in the UDO Admin application (P98220U). I have a Form Extension that has the status of "Editing," but when I click the link under the Short Description column it brings me to the application, but not the application where I am editing the actual UDO. How do I find the Object that I am actually editing?
