No Symbol Loaded

hi,

when I try to debug a BSFN locally I receive the error No Symbols Loaded - activeConsole.pdb not loaded.

according to Oracle Document 639903.1 , I should receive a message box that will allow me to click Ok. Instead, it is only allowing me to change to browse and find activConsole.pdb

I've searched the disk and cannot find it, can activConsole.pdb be generated?

please advise, thanks
