Populate Optional Components of PTO Model using Personalization

I am following Doc ID 1519849.1 to populate optional components of PTO model to achieve this I have created a procedure and calling it through personalization but it throws following error. Is there a way to resolve this error? Is there any workaround. I don't want to use configurator. Purpose is to facilitate users to enter all optional components by just entering and saving PTO model.
